RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- When goods have been found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to a full refund or replacement once the item is returned to us.
- We can refund any reasonable standard postal charges paid for returning goods that have been found to be faulty or damaged only with proof of postage or receipt of posting. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.
- Dispatch time on all orders is between 1-4 working days.
- Shipping times have been extended due to the global pandemic and huge stress placed on the postal services at this time, therefore please allow extra time for you order to arrive (currently anything from 3-20 working days depending on location)
